The "Who Am I” project

What: The Who am I project is a collection of conversations with randomly selected people from homeless shelters, and on the street.Both men and women are asked 10 questions in an interview format and their answers are recorded both via video and text.

When: The Who Am I project started in 2005 and it is an on going project with new monthly video interviews as resources are available.

Where: Most of the interviews are with people in Houston, Texas. which you have likely seen on the a street corner, under a bridges or walking walking along the road.

Who: The who Am I project and the website www.streetslave.com website was created by Stephen Vowell and a staff of volunteers and sponsors, streaming video is provided by RoadShow Media with web hosting and design provided by Houston Tec.

Purpose: The Who Am I project has a 2 fold purpose:
1) To raise awareness of the main causes of homelessness, in hopes that we will find and implement an effective solution to this challenge - and we can!

2)To make a difference in the lives of the people by sharing our most valuable resource- Time!
